When I decided to replace the tank water heater with a tankless unit and add a water softener, I collected estimates from multiple local vendors. I went with TX&P because they offered the Bosch T9800-SE199 and a larger capacity softener for a competitive price. The installation was quick and fit well in the allowed space. They had to come out a few days later to seal a gas leak from the valve that was added during installation. No issues since then. At the time of proposal I was told that they offered a "same as cash" financing option. However, this turned out to be untrue. Post-install I learned that TX&P does not offer a same as cash plan and they charge a fee to use any credit card or other finance options. Had I known this before installation, I may have used a different vendor. I'm overall happy with the product and service, but beware there is no good financing option.
